Potato Heads

This was my first attempt at using SoftIamge. I found it quite a challenge at first to line up the different pieces but really enjoyed working in 3D. My comic strip was about MR and Mrs Potato head going for a walk and Mrs Potato head trips over resulting in her falling apart. I anted to play with movement as much as I ould, experimenting with different angles and view points. I feel I have learnt more about perspective and camera views which I will  progress further when it comes to animating

The next photoshop tutorial involves creating a bedroom door sign using the selected images. the techniques that i need to use this time were, 'refined edges' tool which smooths out the selected areas, usually the images i have copied and pasted. i also looked at type and experimented a bit with font and colours. To add a more realistic look to the sign i also drew over  a few images on a new layer, this looks like drawings on paper.

What i'm doing over the weekend. For this task i wanted to experiment with the very first basics of photoshop. I selected a number of images from the internet that would be link in to my weekend. I developed skills such as layering, playing around with opacity of layers and also the selection tools 'Magic Wand'
